As there is a relation between Gravity with Electric field and there is relation between Nuclear field and Electric field thus I arrived at following statics equations for Nuclear electrostatic  forces.

Nuclear electrostatics Equations
(a)  Convergence of Nuclear electrostatic field or reactive divergence of nuclear electrostatic field=2.2xNuclear charge density/[(C=10^5)^4X(10^3)].

(b)  Rotating Convergence of Nuclear  electrostatic field or reactive curl of Nuclear electrostatic field=3x(C^2)x10^4
