MODIFIED MAXWELL’S SECOND EQUATION!

Based on the relation between Electric field and Magnetic field strengths[1] like E/ B=10^3,and based on the conclusion that divergence of diverging and converging field eventhough appears to give zero value,it yeilds a constant value at particular place,I modified Maxwell’s second equation as follows.The B in Maxwell’s second Law is a constant at particular place.Therefore instead of
Relation divergence of B=0,I modified it as follows.
Divergence of B=16xMagnetic charge density/(permittivity of free spacexpermeability of free space)^½
Here when magnetic charge was present its closed magnetic field lines give divergence of B as zero,but as the charge oscillates,fields lines are fluctuating such that divergence of B is not zero.
Note:(1)In the above relation Electric field is Electric force itself to accont for field as Force for electric charge of electron instead of force per unit coulomb
(2)In the above relation magnetic charge of electric charge was caluclated based on relation like Pole strentgh.Here electric charge in vibratory mode at rest is the magnetic monopole.
