Nature selects the life time of particle/nucleus based on its self force
and density.For an energy Particle selection is (ρ/F)^1/4=C=3x10^8,then it
decays.To have stability,this value (ρ/F)^1/4 should be less than C by certain
constant like Decay constant with unified energy.Now considering decay constant
3.7x10^10=3.7x10^5x10^5=3.7x1x1=3.7,here C=10^5 is the transformation constant
for energy and obeys the definition of dense energy as C^2.For example,
