As already proved[1]Energy required for revolving Planets is perfectly quantized.Now consider the Spinning energy of  Planets.It should be a quantized value,further it’s value should have relation with other Planet  as palnets are revolving around a single star.

  When energy is stored in the Planet’s field like interacted energy of gravity with star and self gravitational energy,then it is acting on the surface of Planet.Then far distance use is not useful.Therefore considering force responsible for rotation per unit length of Planet is useful.

    Consider a Planet which is nearer to Star,then it usually obeys the quantum condition like

Example in case[2] of Mercury F₁=9.988 x10^23N and r₁=Diameter=4.879280 x10^6m,here rotational velocity=rotational acceleration=3.026m/s

Consider next Planet it should obey

Example in case of Venus F₂=8.80927 x10^24N and r₂=1.210 x10^7m, here rotational velocity=rotational acceleration=1.81m/s

Consider next Planet it should obey

Example in case of Earth F₃=6.046x10^24N and r₃=1.2756x10^7m. here rotational velocity=rotational acceleration=4.651m/s

Consider next Planet it should obey

Example in case of Mars F₄=6.417x10^23N and r₄=6.794 x10^6m. Here rotational velocity=rotational acceleration=241.17m/s.Here Dark energy zone contracted the size of Planet to an extent of ten times(for clarification refer documents on Mars Planet in My Blogger/sites/online journal). Note that similer value of X is considered as in equation (01)

Consider next Planet it should obey

Example in case of Jupiter F₅=23.9274x10^30N and r₅=1.4298x10^8m. Here rotational velocity=rotational acceleration=12.6x10^3m/s.  Due to heavy mass greater than 10 times compared to other Planets it self gravitates more and becomes 4D planet compared to normal 1D planets. Note that similer value of X is considered as in equation (01)

Consider next Planet it should obey

 F₆ /r ₆=[X x{3^(n=3)x10^4x10^-16]/1.2Xh ……………..(06)

Example in case of Saturn F₆=56.0616x10^29N and r₆=1.2053x10^8m. Here rotational velocity=rotational acceleration=9.87x10^3m/s. Note that similer value of X is considered as in equation (01)

 Consider next Planet it should obey

 F₇  /r ₇= [X x{3^(n=1)x10^2x10^-16]/1.2Xh ………………..(07)

Example in case of Uranus F₈=22.48x10^28N and r₇=5.1074 x10^7m and here rotational velocity=rotational acceleration=2.59x10^3m/s and below Zero degree centigrade,C=10,then for every C=10 ,n=1.In  Equation (07) n=3 becomes n=3-2=1. Note that similer value of X is considered as in equation (01)

Consider next Planet it should obey

 F₈ /r ₈= [(X=1) x{3^(n=3)x10^2x10^-16]/(1.2=1)Xh ………………..(08)

 Example in case of Neptune F₈=2.74432x10^29N and r₈=4.952 x10^7m and below Zero degree centigrade,C=10,then for every C=10 ,n=1.In  Equation (08) n=2 becomes n=3 because of extra unification by cold effect as seen from values X=1 and 1.2 becomes 1 increases n by 1. Note that similer value of X is considered as in equation (01)

Thus this theory won in its own way according Laws of Physics.Note that h becomes reactive when it goes to Numerator.
