easily transform this for caclculation of electric range and electric temperature.

Here C=10=1
is a transformation constant showing that electric force differs[2] from Electromagnetic force just without motion in
the form of gravitational kinetic energy.This equation is consistent with
theoretical values like 10^-5K for Electric temperature and 10^-11m for range of electric force in case of Proton.
